PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
1 All rehearsals will be held at Edwards House unless otherwise stated.
2 Members taking part in this production are expected to attend all rehearsals for which they are called unless previously excused. Please inform the Secretary, Musical Director or Show Secretary of any expected absence. If, for any reason, you are unable to attend please remember to provide a “stand in” for all Director’s production rehearsals.
3 Please be prepared to commence all rehearsals promptly at 7.30 pm and continue until 10.00 pm. It is essential that members attend punctually.
4 Existing Members: please let the Secretary know if you wish to take part in “The Gondoliers” by either telephoning on 01935 425865 or e-mailing Paula on Secretary@YAOS.org.uk or via the Society’s website by Saturday 11 April 2009.
5 Scores and libretti are expensive. Please remember that a £25 deposit for score and/or lib is necessary and should be paid to the Show Secretary on receiving the score and lib.
6 Failure to inform the Secretary of your intention to take part - either by returning the required slip, by telephone or e-mail - will exclude you from taking part in this production.
